These services are intended for texts written in French. If your text is in another language, please contact me and I’ll see if I can handle the project.

Editorial Services

For professionnals

Editorial review and correction services for publishing houses, editorial organizations, and other professionals of the industry.
Since every project is unique, the services are tailored to the manuscript’s specific needs, editorial expectations, and production deadlines.

Editorial review

An in-depth analysis of the manuscript and its narrative themes

The service is tailored to the needs of each project and may include, but is not limited to:

Annotating the manuscript with analytical and editorial comments.
Analyzing the manuscript from various perspectives, such as style, plot, characters, themes, and setting.
The preparation of a detailed report.
Guidance on the manuscript during the rewriting phases through regular communication or meetings.

Correction

Linguistic editing and standardization of the manuscript in accordance with the project’s editorial guidelines.

Work focused on spelling, grammar, syntax, punctuation, typography, and text consistency. I will, of course, adhere to style guides or any other reference materials provided.
Explanatory comments can be added as needed, depending on the project’s requirements.

Confidentiality

Manuscripts and correspondence are treated as strictly confidential and are never shared with third parties without prior consent.

All information regarding the manuscript and its author is discussed in advance of the service and will never be disclosed without authorization.

Accepted format

I work with the digital format that best suits each project. However, I prefer Word and PDF formats. I can also work in Google Docs if needed.

All documents are returned with track changes enabled whenever possible.

Support

I will remain available throughout the duration of the service and after you receive the report, via the communication channel established in advance, to discuss my analysis and provide additional details if necessary.
